HOUSE RULES: 1) Booking party must be 21+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. 2) Dogs are Allowed (house trained) Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs. with pet fee of $150/stay. Sorry no cats. There will be a fee for damage caused by your pet 3) No smoking inside the home (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc) and No Drugs of any kind. You may smoke outside. 4) Parties not allowed as per Airbnb. 5) There no are refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/others that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance. 6) Guest acknowledges two security cameras are located on the exterior of the property facing the Entry door and parking area and facing the driveway at the entrance to the drive. There are NO cameras inside the home. 7) Please use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. If you have health conditions, please check with your doctor. PETS: We welcome pets as per your booking, please respect these following requests to keep our home enjoyable for everybody. Dogs are the only pets we allow.   You may have up to two dogs under 40 pounds. You must add your dogs to the reservation.  The pet fee is because it takes our cleaners additional time to clean the home after pets.   Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds. We provide a food/water dish, a pet bed and a pet blanket.  Please do not use towels for pets. Please clean up after your pet. WHAT WE PROVIDE: * Linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. * A kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect plus a starter supply of coffee/tea and a Keurig coffee maker. * A hot tub that is cleaned and drained for every stay. Use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Unit 36 is the home. Designated parking is to the LEFT of the home. This is a beautiful vacation home neighborhood with a shared community pool. It is convenient to all the attractions but has a quiet, relaxing feel!

Guest Access

Guests at Eagle's Nest will have access to the entire home! We hope you have a wonderful stay! You will receive check-in instructions the day of check-in including your personalized special code to our smart lock for the duration of your stay. There are two designated parking spaces to the LEFT of the cabin. You may park in the front of the cabin.

This cabin was just perfect. It was cozy, it had beautiful decor, it had a fully stocked kitchen and all the supplies were in good condition, it had super fun games, the furniture was comfy, and most importantly the cabin was super clean (and I am very particular on that last one). Doug and Michelle were great to work with and did their best to make sure our stay was 5 stars. Don't hesitate on this one, it's now one of our favorite airbnbs we've stayed in!

We loved this place for sure. We have never been to another rental that's so well thought out and that has all the amenities needed. We loved the extras like the snacks, extra paper towels, & toilet paper, Linens everything in the kitchen, pans, pots, silverware everything you need to cook and stay at home if need be. The location is great close to the parkway but still very private, but yet easy to get to places like the island or Dollywood. It was great for our small dog with enough yard in back that we could walk her and the yard was kept up and clean. Super easy check in and the house was clean and just as described. Anytime we had questions they got back to us very quickly, honestly we'll be back again to one of their rentals it's a great getaway in the Smoky Mountains.

We had so much fun here! Felt right at home, Doug and Michelle were so very kind and sweet and made my boyfriend and I’s stay to die for!! I will 100% be revisiting this stay and recommending to others! Thank you again for such an amazing trip!

Loved the cabin! It was decorated perfectly. It was cozy and clean. They had updated the decor and the beds to two king beds. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds were comfy. The hot tub was divine but it is not private so keep that in mind. The bathrooms were clean and updated. My husband enjoyed playing the video games. The WiFi worked perfectly. I had assignments to turn in for college and did not have any trouble at all. Bella, our little dog loved her own little bed and food and water bowls. We enjoyed our stay at Eagles Nest and plan on being returning guests.

Highly recommend this cabin for your next stay! It was clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. Travel time to Pigeon Forge is only about 12 minutes and easily accessible.

This cabin is in the best location. Though it isn’t the most private cabin, it is so convenient to all the best spots in Pigeon Forge without having the noise of the hustle and bustle. Very clean, quiet and comfortable! Had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated as well! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The cabin was perfect! We loved the location and how close it was to local attractions and town! It was just as described, complete with extra towels and amenities. The owners were very nice and responsive. They had thought of everything, so we didn’t need to even reach out to them though! Everything was very clean, and the hot tub was relaxing. We would definitely stay again!!
